Well hello, old friend.
Just brought my dead Pismo Powerbook back to life with a bit of Google-fu and five minutes fiddling (the P-Ram battery had gone deaded - I disconnected it from the logic board, powered up, and reconnected it. I'm hoping it's a rechargeable, but I'm not sure).
I'd forgotten how much I liked the old chap, after a couple of years of macbooking. The keyboard in particular is lovely, probably the best I've ever used on a portable.
I'm not sure how old this machine is, although I think it must be around 10 years old now. That's 150 in computer years.
It's kind of like having an old friend back home again.
