I've decided to go at this like a physics project (I am a guy, after all). If I increase my use of calories, while keeping the intake constant (and maybe even decrease it) I should lose weight.
As I've said somewhere else, main purpose is to get fitter, but I'm not going to complain if weight comes off too.
And that diet sounds way too much like what Sylvester finds in garbage cans when he can't catch Tweety-Pie...
dont do what I did when I was at university - used to go rowing at 6am for two hours, then would get back and eat an entire box of cereal for breakfast.
