Alongside preparation for my new job I've also been lucky enough to get some personal coaching from one of my friends. She's either adopting me as a pro-bono case, or as a guinea pig for a new approach she's been evaluating, and which I might get involved with at some point this year.
I'm still in the process just now, so I'm not going to talk about it too much, beyond saying that I'm finding it incredibly energising and valuable.
Oh, and the sun is shining....
