Elective Memories

Just had a chat about a restaurant in Glasgow called Stravaigans, and I mentioned that it had happy memories for me. I was thinking about the first time I'd been there, and an enchanting evening where I'd had a lovely dinner with someone I was interested in. I'd decided to impress her by taking her out to the new, posh place. Even though it was more than 15 years ago, I can remember almost everything about the meal - what I ate, the choice of wine, some of the conversation.

Damned if I can remember who I was with, though...
