Roadmarks

Just went under 30 for my BMI, according to Wii Fit, and my own scales now say I've lost a stone (14 pounds) since January 5th. Go me.

That's excellent, well done you!

Can you explain to me why the Wii fit changes your fitness age by such a margin between sessions? I don't have one so I don't understand this new technology :o)

A stone in just over a month?! Nicely done! I need to drop about the same amount, but all this travel is making it tough.

Routine definitely makes things easier - I'll try to stick to the 2 pound a week limit - though all the pizza I had tonight won't help.

Congrats on the first stone!

What's your goal, or is it more of how your body feels than numbers on the scale?

Well my original goal was 15 stone - another seven pounds. But using the Wii has pushed my measured weight up by about six pounds, so I'll try to keep going to 14.5. The long term goal was to go below 14 anyway, which would be a pound or two lighter than my previous best weight of a couple of years ago.
