What fun! It was great to hear your voice for the first time.

I never realised how much of an ummer and ahher I am - although some friends have pointed it out in the past.

Who were the friends watching you? I figured out

unblinkered due to birthday embarrassment, and I think

hano was one of the others?

Yeah....birthday embarrassment was me (and thanks very much, One & Other camera person that gleefully zoomed in on me), we also had a

hano,

helenex (striking in red), Helen's lj-less beau Ian,

clanwilliam (who can be seen pushing me into the spotlight while hiding under an umbrela) and

parthenia14 with Little E and

ruric who had to leave about 20 minutes in. I think. Did I leave anyone out?

I can't watch the whole thing this evening, but I enjoyed the beginning very much. And the neatest thing was to hear your voice.

Yes, I'd forgotten that lots of people don't know what I sound (or look) like.
