Interesting Day...

I spent today talking to everyone the way I spoke to everyone during my weekend retreat. I'm not sure most of them knew what to make of it, but I found it more interesting and rewarding, so I might do the same tomorrow - when I'm facilitating a workshop.
I suspect I have much more to write - maybe that's next month's challenge :)
