"I'll Sleep When I'm Dead"

I'm still keeping up the gym habit, by the way, and I used an old playlist I hadn't listened to for a while this morning. It's called "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead" and is full of macho-going to the gym stuff. How many of the first lines do you recognise?
