A night in the White Lady
When I had to change my plans yesterday, I looked for a cheap hotel near Edinburgh Park. By far the cheapest was "The White Lady - A Wetherspoon's Hotel". That gave me a bit of a worry (Wetherspoon's are famous for generic pubs and plastic carveries). It turns out I shouldn't have worried. The room was big, well decorated, and had a comfy bed. There was a problem with road noise from the front of the hotel, but I'll make sure I get a room facing the back if I stay here again. And for Panda fanciers, it's five minutes from the zoo...
