Happy Birthday to Me!

Thanks to everyone who sent me cyber-hugs, and to Frankie's K, because I opened one of the two bottles of Alsace he bought me for Christmas and it's shooperb. (Oily and green, with a bite I don't expect from Pinot Gris, and it went beautifully with Moroccan Pastilla - chicken and almond paste with eggs, wrapped in filo pastry and baked. I did mean to blog today about Rugby, Golf and Crufts, but decided that I didn't want my birthday to be remembered as the day my blog jumped the shark.
