Well I went straight to FCO FAQ's on that one (still bookmarked on my browser since "Trinity", believe it or not) and it does not sound like a holiday destination. On the other hand, it's one of flashy's old stamping grounds, so the curiosity wrinkle is activated.

Boss feedback was a classic snow-job:

"Came down to you and one other, complete toss-up, six-of-one half a dozen of the other, too close to call, but we chose him because he has no ties to the programme that provides 60% of our work out there and you do."
