Bleugh

Still under the weather. Went to bed just after 10, awake at 1.00, thanks to upstairs neighbour letting her yappy dogs out to yap under our window, and woke up feeling as if I'd been running a marathon. Interesting dreams, though, which faded with the alarm (which was Townes van Zandt doing "Fraternity Blues"). Off to run a workshop this morning, which I could be doing without. My motivation at work is going down the later they leave it to rearrange my contract for next year.
