I may have just finished a box of Bailey's liqueur chocolates. I didn't even know there was such a thing as Bailey's liqueur chocolates until about 30 minutes ago. Thanks Mum.
Not being at work has greatly expanded the available time for watching The Big Bang Theory (at least six episodes tonight) and messing about on the internet (about 2 a.m. last night).
I also have a pretty fantastic Christmas tree, and a long list of people who want to cook meals for me. as well as dinner at my mum's yesterday, and lunch at the neighbour's today, tomorrow I'm having lunch with Kay and James and dinner at Lisa's. This is great in terms of hospitality, if not so great in my predicted weight at the end of the week.
Plan is to stay around Glasgow till Friday, and then head up to the cottage for New Year. Until then, lots of reading, lots of eating and drinking, and lots of relaxing. We'll think about writing and meditation when they come up...
