Seven The Hard Way
Sep. 13th, 2012 12:08 pmI did manage to make it to the gym twice yesterday, and made it this morning to succesfully complete my seven exercise sessions in seven days. It hasn't been easy. Lowest point was probably yesterday morning, when I really didn't want to drag myself out of bed at 6.15. I made it, though, and I'm glad that I did.
Tomorrow may well be a rest day - I'm working from home and then going straight to the cottage at 5 o'clock. I'll get in a couple of cycle trips at the weekend, and maybe a round of golf, and if the weather is bad I'll settle for the gym instead.
Tonight I'll be leaving work a little early so that I can take Anna to the vet. She's overdue her vaccinations, and there are a couple of things I want to ask about. She's been "huffing" a bit when she gets excited. It almost sounds like she's trying to hack something up, but it doesn't generate anything, and seems to go on too long. I'll also ask if she should have another blood test, just to confirm that the last one was an anomaly.
