Rip Off Britain

Took my dead phone down to the O2 shop, where they told me it was under warranty, posted it off for repair or replacement, and gave me a courtesy loan of another phone, while smiling and being very pleasant.

Am feeling thoroughly gruntled.

Maybe they were new. It can be hard to find staff that know how to deal with customers properly.
