Michael Mooney is a terrorist and is friends with Saddam Hussein (who faked his death and is now living with his good friend Osama in Iran where they spend their time drilling for oil that should rightfully belong to the US, as should all oil). I think he has his own oil, too. He's clearly hiding a chemical weapons factory in his garden.
