So this is me. Click on the link and let me feel that modern art love by pledging your cybernetic support.

At least it was me when I first got the news that I was going to be part of the One & Other event. One of the things that's happened since then is that my feeling for what this is has been changed by how it's being perceived by others. At first I thought I was going to be passive, now I'm thinking of being more active. This will evolve, I guess.

I do know, however, that I'll be standing up there between 7 and 8 p.m. on Saturday the 18th, that unblinkered  will be there, and that I'd love for as many of my other friends to be there as possible. So let me know if you can be around.

Still trying to figure out if I can get the cash together for the train fare to come and cheer you on. Really want to. Annoyingly the bus isn't much cheaper and double the length of time!

Why you couldn't have made it next month *grumble* :P Will keep trying though.

Well, we could haul you off for an aperitif before you go on.

Dim Sum is tricky in the evenings in London - would it be better to do it before the plinth? I can recommend two in Bayswater and a trawl online would find the good ones in Chinatown as well.
