It would be long dead if there were another, popular, medium which encouraged longer posts or discussion beyond what is deemed fitting for optimal ad placement.
Yes - and that's why I stick around, so that I can witter on without worrying about the word count, or having to pay for my posts to be seen by everyone on my flist.
