Bad Day

Which is weird, because there was lots of positive stuff in it. 
But at the end of the day (which this is) I'm feeling low and lonely. 

Ha! And tomorrow is Tuesday, which is usually my worst day of the week.

Sometimes there are no reasons.

I have down days, with up minutes in them, and up days that suddenly turn into a complete emotional blank. Brains are odd that way.

(A chunk of my emotional swing is definitely blood-sugar related though)
