I just can't get the hang of Mondays...

f4f3Feels a bit like I've been hit by a truck. On the other hand, the sun is shining and I am, for the next 24 hours at least, still in Scotland. Off to Heathrow tomorrow at 9, for three days in Slough.
Friday night I was out with old work mates and friends, mostly in the Merchant City, with a nightcap in the Oran Mor cocktail bar (the music in there was as good as ever - I left to the stains of "Is That All There Is?"). On Sunday I got my first cycling of the year in. A leisurely few miles down the Water of Leith to the Shore, and a cocktail on one of the ships down there before an equally leisurely cycle back. Yesterday I was in Glasgow for an art fayre (yes, I went despite the 'y': it was in the House For An Art Lover, and the person I was with had never seen a Rennie Mackintosh house).
And now I'm settling down to a work at home day. That means I have no excuse not to get my expenses in order.
