Me mobile has packed up. So faced with the choice of a large pile of dishes and a goat's cheese which is staging UDI in the kitchen, or going down to the O2 store to sort it out, guess which one I'm picking?

Rip Off Britain

Took my dead phone down to the O2 shop, where they told me it was under warranty, posted it off for repair or replacement, and gave me a courtesy loan of another phone, while smiling and being very pleasant.

Am feeling thoroughly gruntled.
