Got To Get Behind The Mule (In The Morning and Plough)

Note to self: While Jack and Coke and DiMaggio's pizza are the ideal accompaniments to watching three hours of Heroes, they are not going to help me sleep.

I spent the first hour obsessively mentally drafting and redrafting letters I'm never going to send, the second hour tossing and turning, and finally got around 4 hours sleep.

Strangely, I'm all bouncy and full of energy at work. No doubt this will wear off just in time for me to go to the gym tonight.

I'm already thinking of the weekend to come, which is probably a bad sign at 10 a.m. on Monday.

Off to the gym

...but not before I play with this new livejournal app for the iphone. Seems to be fine for uploading. I would add a piccture, but the office is too dull for words or pictures.
