Cold and clear again this morning, very cold at -2, but I decided to take Merlin for a run instead of a walk. I think I ran for a higher proportion of time today, but I didn't run as far - I'd taken the car to the Botanics, so I'd say I cut a half mile or so off yesterday's route.

My legs ache a bit, but not too badly, and I'm still planning to play badminton tonight.
