Lots and lots and lots of pictures. Some might not be safe for work. And, as you see, the username is not safe for work. :)

Basically, she spends time each day looking at pictures, and the really cool ones, she saves on her server and then makes a post hotlinking them. (Right-click Save => Riot-clit shave.) (Hotlinking is OK if it's your own damn server and bandwidth. Hotlinking to someone else's private server & burning their limited bandwidth without permission is not ok, and may lead to such things as the hotlinkee taking revenge.
