To The People Of The Plinth

Plans for this weekend are not exactly set in stone, but I will be checking in at the square at 17.30, then will be mounting the plinth at 1900. I suspect I will be wearing a kilt (if I get up and pack tonight) and that I may propose a toast or two.

Afterwards I want to take unblinkered for birthday Dim Sum, and I suggest Ping-Pong Dim Sum  - I'll try to arrange a booking at their nearest branch. Everyone is invited along. Afterwards, drink may be involved. I want to meet up with as many folk as possible, subject to the constraints of givingunblinkered  as fine a birthday as possible.

Please let me know if and when you can join the fun - as much as possible, would be my cry, but I'll be espescially grateful for friendly faces when I'm up there...

Oooh, I'd forgotten about Ping Pong! Not been there, but provisionally I would like to go. Will confirm with gmh after.

Make that a definite yes, unless we're dead. I hold that such a state is No Excuse, but gmh is trying to plead an exemption. Wuss.
