f4f3 | Well, at least one Scottish victory this week...

Was out playing tennis tonight with old chum Paul T. Yes, outside - the weather was good enough that we played on the outdoor courts. Neither of us was on particularly good form, and I managed to squeak home in our single set 7-6 in a tie-breaker. So go me.
We had a good chat afterwards, and some reasonable grub at the club (Esporta in Milingavie - his club, not mine).
A nice night, even if my thighs are aching a bit.

Tomorrow night should be fun - we're having my oldest friend and her partner over for what will be, frankly, a gourmet evening. And then we're invited out on Saturday to be fed on the South side.

And next week is the seasonal dialogue. (Is that the time?)

Work has been very, very busy, but quite enjoyable. Our German guests were the perfect visitors, self-sufficient, funny, and they bought me curry.

I feel I owe a lot of folk time - but I think that will work out fine.

I was about to sign off "Good night world" and released I haven't talked about the Absolute edition of V for Vendetta I got delivered last week and haven't had the chance to read. I will, some time.
