The hell with the plan, just improvise...

f4f3The plan for tonight was to load Scooby full of the books, CDs and assorted HiFi kit that I brought from Newcastle, put Merlin in the footwell, and drive to the cottage, to be joined tomorrow by ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
unblinkered . However, it's dark, and I'm really, really tired. A combination of this stupid cold, which is stopping me from sleeping, and lack of sleep.
Somehow the idea of schlepping books for half an hour then driving in the dark for another two hours doesn't appeal.
So The New Plan is to have a bit of a lie down, a quick hoover, pop on a wash, and watch A Movie For Men Who Like Movies For Men. And quite possibly have a Takeaway for Men Who Like Takeaways For Men.
And then lie down some more.
Tomorrow I can get up and pack the car, and do the drive in daylight.
