Just finished an absolutely wonderful lobster. Picked up from the fisherman's holding tank this morning by Dougal Johnston, bought by me at lunchtime, cooked at teatime.
Just about the freshest food you can buy, and the shortest route from sea to table.
How worthy of honour is the sea.

Class treachery as an entirely artificial concept designed and maintained by, and for, the class system to simply perpetuate its own miserable worthless existence. Discuss ;)

I have to say there are many creatures I'd savour before the lobster in the banquet that is the sea, but it's difficult to argue against it as worthy of our honour and our palates.
