No news is, well, no news
Mar. 5th, 2012 09:42 amThanks for all your kind thoughts for my Dad.
Report this morning is that the X-Ray and the trace that they carried out last night were clear. They've given him an angiogram that will show results this morning. Depending on that, he'll be sent home at lunchtime, held in the hospital he's in for observation, or transferred to a surgical unit at another hospital for heart surgery.
I should know more by 12 or so.
I'm working from home today, rather than Edinburgh, so that I can head off and see him wherever he ends up this afternoon. Part of me (and part of him, I'd guess) hopes he will be kept in for surgery, so at least he won't have the stress of waiting for a date.
In the meantime, I'll keep hoping.
Thanks, all.
