Three for Three
Sep. 9th, 2012 02:56 pmGym this morning, 30 minutes cardio on the cross trainer, followed by a burst of upper body weights. Followed by half an hour in the hot tub.
Tomorrow things will get harder, since I'll need to go after work, which will mean I don't get back from work till eight or so, which has a knock on impact on when and how I eat.
Eating is another part of this - I need to go for healthiness and eating at regular times. So my next job for today is to sit down and write a shopping list, and then go and buy what's on it (and only that). I bought some new pans from IKEA today, so I might try and come up with something nice to make this afternoon. OTOH, I'll be going to my Dad's later, and might get fed beyond my ability to eat ever again...
