Menu turned out to be:
Canapés (Camambert and quince wrapped in parma ham)

Langoustines and prawns with guacamole and salsa

The table laid:

And then I forgot to take any more pictures
Chicken cordon bleu
Black forest mouse thingy
Coffee
Lots of wine, lots of coffee.
And very, very nice guests. I've known Eddie for 36 years, Kay for 32, James for 20, Eric for 5 and Linsay for about 2. They all got along well, tales were told, plans were laid.
A very, very good night.
