Having watched Mr C struggle for years dealing with IT hires that his employers / HR dept have made (generally against his advice) based on paper qualifications and not at all on actual working knowledge or experience? I may have snorted tea when this one came up on my Dilbert feed.

That being said - best of everything if the potential position is one that will help you find the balances you've been seeking for life / work / situation. Have various body parts crossed for you.
