Gym progress report

Two more sessions, last night and this morning. 45 minutes last night, and 30 this morning (had to be in work by 8, so cut short the swim and sauna.

Born Slippy, Firestarter and Weapon of Choice are just the right length for my cross training session.

Discovered how to use one of those long, tubular floats to let me drift around the pool on my back...
