Gym Report For then wot wants to know

f4f3 All sorts of busy just now, my sister is up from Portsmouth , so I picked her up at the airport and tonight I'll be running her and my lovely niece and nephew around the family visits.
So I only made it to the gym on one night this week, Monday, then Tuesday and Wednesday morning. I played badminton on Tuesday lunchtime, which was a nice workout.
Tragedy of the week is that I've left my iPod at home in Newcastle, (well, for a given value of tragedy). I'm really missing it, and have been in actual danger of talking to people in the gym twice now.
