f4f3Half an hour till Lent starts, and I'm helping my pancakes digest with an 18 year old Highland Park. After which it's goodbye to teh wiles of da booze and the cocoa bean until Easter (my birthday excepted).
I seem to have arrested my weight gain just south of 16 stone, and turned back down again. I do want to be under 15 by the end of March, just as I was last year.
