I wasn't going to reveal in case I'm right, but what the heck.

3) is Jilted John by, well, Jilted John
5) is because Mr Vetriano refuses to paint "men with breasts"

and (I'm not so sure about this one...)

14) are songs re-issued (possibly for charity) after the death of their singer. I think.
