Sep. 4th, 2013 10:57 amI did everything right last night - got home around seven, cycled at a decent pace for an hour, ate and went to bed with an old-fasioned book, and put out the light by 10.30.
So I was a bit annoyed to have had my worst sleep for ages, a real humdinger of a nightmare being accompanied by running what seemed like a marathon on the spot. I woke up aching, depressed, and in no mood for leaving the house.
That wasn't an option, so I've dragged myself into work, where I'm being slightly worse than useless. I really hope I'm coming down with something. A cold or flu I can handle. Existential angst I can do without...
